A regular client came to us with an issue regarding a property within a HMO, they were advised by Council that the room was too small by 150mm. As a result of this the room could not be rented out. We worked with our client and architect to alter the layout of the building to enable the party wall to be moved an additional space to be created in the room. This led to the room being rented out and unusual space occupied.
HMO Project
A manage company required a company to work with them in maintaining 50 apartaments following the lapse of the new build guarantee. We are a sole contractor for this building and have a re active call out time of no longer than 2 hours following an emergency

An overseas Landlord with 45 properties allows EMG to fully manage the maintenance of their portafolio. Our client trusts us to deliver on quality and timing ensuring there move ins are complete without delay. EMG additionally cover the re active works for this portafolio.
Lambeth Council
EMG work with the London borough of London council in providing energy assessments of their properties, once the energy assessments aree completed a full report is delivered with a scope of recommended works to enable the EPC rating to meet the required threshold.
